Howard has been successful in the corporate, financial, and education sectors for over 20 years. He graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors in Business and was a 2 sport athlete in football and track. Howard has experience working in the corporate world and working in suburban schools, Youngstown Public School system and currently in the Columbus Public School system. 

He is also an entrepreneur who has developed and created successful companies past and present. Howard is a motivational speaker, inventor and developer of a new product, and aspiring author. He has won many professional awards for his accomplishments over his career-including being named “Who’s Who in America”.

Howard loves business and all facets of entrepreneurship. He is also passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. He loves to educate others about entrepreneurship and fitness. Howard loves to encourage and inspire people to walk in their greatness. 

Howard was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Columbus City Schools where he became known as a gifted athlete for his skills in football and track- and won many awards. He continued his athletic success at Independence High School and then later with higher levels of success also excelled in college, attending a D1 University. 

Howard was raised by his loving, caring & supportive father - who is now a retired U.S. Veteran suffering from the affects of Agent Orange. Due to growing up in a home where his Mother was not present, he spent many of his early years & college years dealing with feelings of rejection, abandonment, depression, neglect and low self-esteem. This created in him a very poor and hopeless mindset and began to negatively affect the way he viewed himself and the world around him. It became difficult for him to perform well in school causing his grades to decline and ultimately causing him to lose his football & track scholarships and getting kicked out of college. Later, Howard would get an unexpected phone call that his Mother suddenly passed away. His life was in a place of disarray. All of these events led him down a very negative path.

Later in life, Howard would be given the biggest blessing that ultimately redirected the course of his life in a positive direction...the birth of his twin daughters. They have been one his biggest sources of love, inspiration, & motivation...his daughters changed his life. They challenged him about never finishing college, which gave Howard the inspiration to finish his degree and excel in his collegiate studies. Howard knew that his girls were watching him and wanted to ensure he was being a positive example for them. He recently welcomed his first grandchild and got engaged to his beautiful fiancé. To Howard, family means everything and they are his greatest accomplishments!

Howard has spent many years transforming  his mindset & life and evolving into a better, stronger, and more empowering version of himself. Greatness and Excellence has become his new standard and this is evident in everything that he does. He strongly desires to encourage and uplift others and help them reach their goals, achieve their dreams and  become the best they can be!
